Reflection

Dance photography is my all time favorite, sorry beautiful brides and weddings out there but dance is my first love. If you follow my Facebook page you know I am running a little contest with some photos I took of Maui Academy's latest performance at the MACC.  I have had my heart wrapped around these pictures recently and so when I thought about 'reflection' as this months theme I immediately remembered how I was not expecting this really cool element. Check out the fun dimension you get with the reflection on the floor of these pictures. Kind of a fun surprise I found as I edited them.

These next pictures I couldn't help but post in this 'reflection' theme.  This piece was performed to the incredible music from 'We Bought A Zoo". Stops my heart a little when I hear it. Combined with these incredibly mature young dancers.... I am hypnotized and get all reflective and stuff.....(:
